* Wad packing & unpacking library changed to Leathl's managed 
Wii.cs wii library due to memory protection issues in the 
original unmanaged c library. Nifty for those who do batch 
channel creation. My thanks goes to Leathl for this.

* Nand loaders (base wads) now easily configurable, default nand 
loader now became a little modified version of Taiko, Lemon Man's 
nand loader. I've removed the video display stuff so that it 
doesn't cause video mode changes interlaced->progressive.

* Added wiichoxp's triiforceV2.3+ocarina(IOS199) loader.

* This is not even beta but alpha since wad packing and unpacking
routines completely changed.

ps: strike through text is in the distributed archive but is not 100% correct as taiko nand loader caused problems on 480p display so I switched it to the old nand loader.
